hello my friends
we have a number of data in matrix that it is 81*4
we have just 9 data of our matrix and we don't know other 72
we must have a matrix 81*1 for answer .
with neuteral network in MATLAB we want to learn network with a trained network with supposed 9*4 internal data and 9*1 data in external.
so I don't know how I give the network other 72 data since obtain the out data????

please help me and guide me with which method in MATLAB I can do this ??

Sounds more like a neural network (no t). If you look up neural network, you might get more information.
