Hi guys

We own an old 1995 Mazak STX 48 Hi-Pro. We imported it from the US to Europe and so the machine is missing the CE certificate. Because of that the Mazak staff want nothing to do with us and refuse to service our machine.

The machine is also missing the maintanance manual so I really don't know what to do. When the machine generates the laser beam it doesn't keep it and after a second the laser beam disappears and an alarm appears "LASER ER 015 H.V. UNIT FAULT".

Can someone help me with this alarm and tell me what the problem might be?
