Hi,
i have a project file built and am looking to aggregate the hours for each major deliverable. each major deliverable has several tasks underneath it with hours for each resource. I'm looking to get hours for each resource but for each major deliverable....
the only way i know how to do this is to manually sum up all the hours for each resource for each subtask underneath each major deliverable. Is there a much faster way of automatically doing this?

Thank you for the response. can you please be more specific? which option under what tab?
under "task usage" i see the breakdown of resources for each task....but i don't see the resource aggregates for the overarching deliverable that the subtasks fall under.

Oh, OK, I see what you mean. I would probably want to export one of the tables into Excel and try to run a pivot table on it. Although, I think it is possible to generate such a report from within Project, but it would take too much time to try each report/view option to find it.
