How to apply Moment at node in ANSYS


Since I'm new to Ansys, I would like to know to apply moment at nodes using commands for the following example.
For the following rod geometry, find the rotational displacement at the free end, elemental force and torsional stress produced in it. Torque, T =398Nmm.
R= 25mm
G= 7.956 e-2 N/mm2

I'm attaching the rod geometry along with this.

if you can't apply a moment load, though i think you can (maybe check the user manual, you sure can model a couple
