Where can one find practices, sample drawings and codes for fabrication of mitres , bends and wye joints for pipeline of large diameter (1200mm to 5000mm dia)like bend radius, minimum / maximum angle of each mitre , joint crotch plates, reinforcement etc?

Try these welding books ..."Pipe Fabricator's Blue Book" & "Pipe Template Layout" ...they don't cover bends but the do cover mitered fittings

This question is much better suited for the "Pipelines, piping and Fluid mechanics forum.

Since the OP offers no information about the codes, materials and service of his piping system, it is difficult to answer his question.

If the pipe is smaller, much of the design methods and dimensional limitations for the fittings are contained in ASME B31.1 and B31.3
