Can anyone help me that , what are the additional requirement of ASME Sec III NB for WPS with respect to ASME Sec IX. ???

There's really extensive coverage of this in NB-4331 Conformance to Section IX Requirements. It's more than I feel comfortable providing under fair use laws, and more than I feel comfortable with trying to synopsize. If you're supposed to be providing a component to NB standards, hopefully you have purchased a copy of Section III. You can't just weld to Section IX and believe you're ok.
