Welcome to Fastrak forum

Welcome to Fastrak forum

Welcome to Fastrak forum

Hi all,

I am the West coast regional engineer for CSC and I wanted to get a forum started for Fastrak - one of our structural engineering software programs. My intention here is to allow current (and non-current) Fastrak users to have a direct way of connecting with CSC employees and also allow you guys to give me input on the software itself (since we develop our products based on that user input).

Please keep in mind this is something I want to do on my own time, so if it takes me a little while to respond please be patient, I will do my best to answer any questions. Of course do not hesitate to toss ideas around among yourselves, many questions can be answered in this traditional fashion. If you are a current and supported Fastrak user, I have provided a link to our support group just in case you need an answer right away to a technical question.

Best Regards,

Tyler Heppler

If you are under a maintenance contract with CSC, please refer to this link to contact our support group:

RE: Welcome to Fastrak forum

We are using Fastrak and integrating a building into Revit 14. Our project has open web roof joists as well as open web floor joists. When we insert the model into Revit, only the roof joists come across. We get an error saying "can't make LH type joists". Does anyone have any input on why this might be happening?
