Welcome to TEDDS forum

Hi all,

I am the West coast regional engineer for CSC and I wanted to get a forum started for TEDDS - one of our structural engineering software programs. My intention here is to allow current (and non-current) TEDDS users to have a direct way of connecting with CSC employees and also allow you guys to give me input on the software itself (since we develop our products based on that user input).

Please keep in mind this is something I want to do on my own time, so if it takes me a little while to respond please be patient, I will do my best to answer any questions. Of course do not hesitate to toss ideas around among yourselves, many questions can be answered in this traditional fashion. If you are a current and supported TEDDS user, I have provided a link to our support group just in case you need an answer right away to a technical question.

Best Regards,

Tyler Heppler

If you are under a maintenance contract with CSC, please refer to this link to contact our support group:

RE: Welcome to TEDDS forum

Hi Tyler

thank you for offer help.

I'm very new to tedds for words, started using it since last week.I have watching tutorial videos available on website to guide me. One thing that I haven't figured out is there a way to write the division formula as you write it in word or mathcad (ie as fraction, numerator at the top and denominator at the bottom)?

Also in NZ we write steel section as 250 UB 37.3, but Tedds library 250x37.3 UB, is there a way to change this order.

RE: Welcome to TEDDS forum

Hi All,

I have been using TEEDS for the last few weeks and I find that this software is really helpful since you save much time with your customised automatic calcs.

Currently I want to design a fatigue document for a double span bridge crane beam.

I would very much appreciate if you can give me any advice.
I am designing according to Eurocodes.

Thank you,
