I'm looking for more information than supplied in the IFI Standards book for manufacturing tolerances and dimensions for cross recessed( #3 phillips) undercut flat countersunk head tapping screws. PLease direct me to other sources if available.

Try ISO 7046-1 and the other standards to which it refers.
