For drysuit application, need to bond silicone rubber gaskets (seals) to nylon fabric with durable waterproof coating. Need solutions for both production and for consumer DIY repair/replacement of gaskets.

I should have said DWR, durable water repellent. Believe it's a fluoropolymer but have no further info.
