Build 7400 Model Aspect Ratio

This is a minor problem, but one that is mildly bothering me, nonetheless. So I thought I'd pose the question here since it's not a matter of functionality but one of aesthetics.

Since Build 7400, the model visuals have been 'squished' like when viewing television broadcasts at 4:3 aspect ratio on a 16:10 size screen.

Has anyone else experienced and/or fixed this?

To be clear, Compress is the only piece of software displaying as such. My monitor settings are correct for the aspect ratio of my monitor.

Have you tried contacting the friendly support personnel at Codeware? If you maintain your Support and Update Services (SUS) subscription you are entitled to such support. Give 'em a try! support "at" Codeware.com


By the way, this forum was never intended as, nor treated as, a support forum for the software, and it is no longer officially supported by Codeware.

Thanks for the info on the support status, Tom. No, I haven't submitted a ticket yet. Like I said, to me it's a minor annoyance. I didn't feel I needed to bother Codeware with the issue, but I might submit one just to make them aware.

BigTank, we have not heard any other reports of this problem. It would be annoying to me as well. Since this isn't a general issue it is something specific about your system. Perhaps the video driver needs to be updated, or something. Our computer help desk technicians can likely assist with this. Just let them know.
