I am currently working on stabilization of gold mine tailings for the purpose of manufacturing of building blocks for structure at a mine.
I did ICL test on the tailings and got 4%. Is there any one with experience on stabilisation of tailings? I would like to know if this is normal value for tailings.

I dont know what an ICL test is but I do know that gold mine tailings often contain both cyanide and pyrites, and are very fine , typically minus 200 mesh. I cant think of a product I'd be less content to use as building blocks.
