How to design coils size of a Radial Flux Dynamo?

Hello guys,

I have a problem about Radial Flux Dynamo.

Here is the Question:

Circuit board dimensions
Outside diameter 8.00 inches
Center hole 3.00 inches

Wheel OD 9.5 inches

Permeant magnets 1 X 2 X .25 thick and has 2500 Surface Gauss

Power needed for 2 bulbs, 60 Watts each, 30 volts at 2.1 amps each

How big would the coils need to be? (Physical size)

What size wire?
How many winds?
Allowable air cap?

If generating 30volts at 10MPH what will it Generate at 40MPH?

Please help me or introduce some books or materials that I can find the answer.
