Apparently, some distress was seen in the building, people were evacuated, and workers trying to stabilise the building were those killed.
I saw also that the buildings were "recently constructed".
So this wasn't some old concrete construction that was deteriorated or based on poor codes, or no codes at all.
The thing about these things are - I always want to learn why the failure - lessons learned, etc. But rarely do we get that information later - not newsworthy I guess.
