SIF for 45 deg lateral tee.

hello,

It's about the SIF values for 45 deg connection .
There are certain thoughts on this issue from experts.
as per bonney forge paper-
h = 1.97 T / r2 , i0 = 09/h^0.666
I heard CODETI is giving the formula for these type of connection and it is different from above.
Can anyone share CODETI standard ? also share any latest update on this issue...
