Can Stainless steel 316L, high nitrogen alloyed stainless steel and Cobalt Chrome be mixed in an aqueous environment with little risk of corrosion.

What is the pH and temperature? Any Halide attack is there? These and such other parameters shall govern the compatibility. 316L and nitrogen containing stainless steel can independently and in conjunction withstand the service condition, but I have no knowledge about cobalt chrome steel.
