I don't think ASCE has one. The NESC code talks a lot about wood poles and ANSI O5.1 has properties and strength requirements. There are some RUS/REA documents you could look at. If you have PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE, they analyze poles and have decent users manuals with some references.

IIRC ASCE 10 is in final review for publication by the committee. ASCE 74 is currently in a revision trying to decide which wind maps will be used.

I believe that AASHTO poles code has a chapter dealing with wood poles.
