CAN SOMEONE DIRECT ME TO A CHART OR JUST SOME GOOD INFORMATION ON MIN. BEND RADIUS' OF STD STEEL PIPE, SUCH
AS MIN RADIUS FOR A 2.5" SCH 40 PIPE?

If you are talking about standard buttwelded fittings, the normal radiuses are 1D, 1.5D, and 3D, where D is the nominal pipe diameter.  If you are talking about bending pipe to form bends, then 3D is about the minimum practical bending radius.

KINDLY REFER ASME B16.9 FOR LONG RADIUS ELBOWS AND ASME B16.28 FOR SHORT RADIUS ELBOWS (i.e 1D ELBOWS) FOR STANDARD BUTTWELDING FITTINGS.

For pipe bend, minimum bend radius should be 5 x the nominal pipe size.

Wall thinning from bending should be considered as the reply of butelja in "Wall thinning and MAWP for bent tubing (Thread378-6377)".
