can we prossing Liquefied Petroleum Gas in Natural Gas Liquids plant

instead deliver it to flare,during abuset or fire .

please if there is any soulotion please help

Unlikely. In an upset you have relatively large quantities of liquids or gas that have to be routed to a safe location. A processing plant likely can't accept that sudden of a rate, that's why they are sent to a flare or some other means of disposing of them (ground pit for example)>
