PWHT for wet sour

I would like to know about minimum requirements for PWHT in pressure vessel contacting with wet sour H2S, lean and rich amine, HF and caustic.
if PWHT is specified generally in the purchasing spec of pressure vessel, the manufacturers' can be embarassed to see if they have to carry on PWHT for all vessels.   
My bottom line is to know how the PWST criteria of the respective fluids mentioned above will be made.
I am wondering if my intent to ask questions is conveyed to someone who would give me answer.

PWHT is more determined by the metal group and its wall thickness than contents.The construction code/standard of the vessel should specify or refer to a code that does.
