What drawings do you use for the OEM PPAP process (ISO/TS)?

We are thinking of making copies of the original drawings that are somewhat 'dumbed down', i.e. (non critial) dimensions are stripped and that have perhaps a slightly different setup to conform to the OEM company internal standard. Is this common practice?

Till this day we use the complete drawings for the PPAP process. What does ISO or TS say about this, does perhaps anybody know?
