Does anyone know where I can find some demolition specs for a bridge structure, or just in general?  Help greatly appreciated!,

Check with your local state department of transportation.  Each state typically has a highway/bridge specification that they publish that may include demolition.  Many parts of it may include language related to state/contractor legal relationships and payment methods so some of it may not be applicable to your situation.
