plate forming problem using Nastran

i just started working in MSC nastran Patran . I work on MSC patran 2011. 64 bit.

I am facing a problem to find the deflection of a steel plate when applied with a thermal load .. that is straines developed due to temp gradient due to the heating..
Is there any one who can help to do the modelling atlleast with some links to tutorials related to it..
