Real time locating systems

Real time locating systems

(OP)
Hello folks. I am searching for a highly accurate RTLS that I can deploy in an indoor/outdoor area. I don't know if a system capable of what I need is even possible given today's technology, but if anyone can help me that'd be great. Here are the basic parameters:

Accuracy (3 dimensions) <12 inches, preferably better.

Maximum tag-to-antenna distance: >25 feet

Maximum per-tag refresh rate: <.3 seconds, preferably much less.

Scalability: 50 tags minimum. Preferrably infinite scalability.

Is there anything in today's RTLS toolkit that can reasonably satisfy these requirements?

Thanks in advance

RE: Real time locating systems

There are new methods that can achieve 1 cm accuracy, either using FFT processing of cooperative FMCW signals or multitone CW radar methods. Some papers at the IMS2012 on the FMCW method. 25 feet probably means a battery operated repeater, though.
