Save it in your template location. This can be found by looking under application options -> File but you may also need to check your project file to make sure it is using the default location. I would assume it would be but regardless you want it in the default location for future work.

You might want to use the style library wizard to create a style library from your existing drawing file. Or just modify the default as you go and update your templates to suit.
