Is there not a tutorial on this? Sorry I don't use Car, but that seems like a pretty fundamental point.

Assuming you have a good install of Car
look at the toolbar in Car
click Help on the right
that opens a tab in your browser called "tutorials and examples"
at the bottom is a link to "getting started"
follow that, select one of the exercises, do it. Then do the others.
How does it feel to have to be told stuff like that?
