Coating Interior of Long Glass Tube

I need to apply an ultra-thin layer of aqueous solution evenly to the inside of a 2 meter long glass tube to form an optical coating (as the water evaporates, leaving the dissolved product deposited). I have had difficulty finding an economical system. Any suggestions?
