Aluminum Plate (6061-T6) Floor Hatch Cover

Hoping someone can help me with this.    Can anyone give me a formula to calculate the maximum concentrated load on an aluminum hatch cover.    The cover being 36" square 3/8" thick and supported on four sides with a one inch bearing.
