I just installed DraftSight.  It crashes when I click on the screen for no reason, when I click on the screen to select a zoom window, and other times.  It doesn't mind if I click the screen to select a point in linear dimensioning.

Is there a forum in the DraftSight website itself?  I couldn't find one.

RE: crashes when clicking on screen

I went to that link and got something called "swym" where I was supposed to read a bunch of articles on how to become a "swymmer" and build a community of "friends"...

I want to fix a problem with a technical drawing program, and that link sent me to a facebook wanna-be.

I suspect that my operating system, Windows Vista, is the real problem.  I have never heard a complaint about DraftSight, if I'm the first then no wonder there's no forum for troubleshooting it.

RE: crashes when clicking on screen

Yeah, it's an awful site to navigate, but there are sections called iQuestions and Activity where people post and answer questions.
