please confirm whether ss fittings welded need to have impact test at -196 deg centigrade.
if so can you give code or ref standard

i guess impact test is not required upto -104 deg C below that its required.

I think that this temperature is only for cryogenic service. check it but for the special service. if you are not sure in the data sheet you can check the service temperature and you can make the charpy test at this temperature.
