Would you please give me your opinions about the duties of project engineer or manager in the client side of a project in case of risk management and approval or review of documents issued by contractor , I know that we transfer the risks through contractors by the contract , but I would like to have your opinions about the difference of the duties in client side against contractor side.
Also I would like to know what would be approval means, for example if a document should be approved by client , what does approval means and should the scope of approval be mentioned in the contract or not?
