Rapid Accelerator

(OP)
I have Matlab code that runs a simulation.  It works fine in Normal mode and Accelerator mode.  But when I run that same code with the model in Rapid Accelerator mode, I get the error:

??? CAT arguments dimensions are not consistent.

The data import/export is set to read time and input variables [t,u] from the workspace and to export the variables tout, xout, and yout to the workspace.

The command I'm using is
     [tout, xout, yout] = sim (sys);

As I said, it works in all but Rapid Accelerator mode.  When I change the command to
     [tout, xout] = sim (sys);

It works, but then I cannot access the outputs, which is really what I'm after in the first place.  Any thoughts?
