I am looking for some reference or books for the precamber
calculations due to DL,Prestress,creep etc. for two balanced cantilevers with segmens cast simultaneously and made continuous by means of a closure segment. Any related information would also be appreciated. Thanks.

You may refer the book titled "Concrete Bridge Practice " by Dr VK Raina of
Tata Mc Graw-Hill  Publication. Meanwhile, I will try to locate the design calcutaions of a  cable supported bridge of 100 metre span constructed using Cantilever construction techique on Indian Railways.
