In-line mixers

Does anyone know what possible limitations there would be from using an inline mixer to mix a heptane/methanol solution in an effort to dissolve urea?

One concern I have is the static charge formation from running this mixer at a very high speed. It would certainly generate a lot of energy. Grounding would be critical.
