Givens: planned large residence, incoming 480V Delta service, poor ground conductivity [2nd hand/anecdotal report.]

The property will have a house and a 1000 ft distant shed. The outbuilding will have the incoming service/meter; the house will then be fed by onward CPE buried cable.

Each structure shall have a deep [400-500 ft] well nearby.

What's required for ground connections to the well casings, and size of the interconnecting ground between the structures?

I assume if conductivity is poor enough; house foundation should be built with Ufer grounding. Do wells affect required conductivity?
