Anyone know of a good reference to look up for finding Growth Factors to calculate ESALs?  Probably something from AASHTO or maybe something else.

I am pretty clueless with traffic.

Anything on the Internet?

The MPO should have a 30-year forecast for most roads in their jurisdiction. The State will have forecasts for all of their roads.
