Looking to upgrade to better software

Looking to upgrade to better software

Looking to upgrade to better software

Small company using seaseme (lantica)now to manage maintenance work orders and Pm's..etc.

Looking for a better program. I have used MP2 years ago but would like some more options
My needs are :

View all work requests, delete or prioritize as needed before turning into a work order.

Want to be able to create Work order and schedule it to a person with the amount of time I think it should take. Start time, end time, and or how many hours it should take.

Have a generic Work request screen for operations

Print out a Weekly/daily schedule for one or all maintenance personal.

Look at a weekly schedule for a person and see the capacity that that person has available (scheduled work Hours)

Create a PM attach documents to it and have it automatically come up as work order so it can be scheduled to an individual.

Attach parts to order for that piece of machinery when creating a pm and or work order. When pm is generated the list of required parts will show up.

Show reports of hours every one is scheduled for on any given week.

Inventory managment, keep running tally of parts we have and attach to a WO.

RE: Looking to upgrade to better software

I was wondering which software you ended up purchasing. I am also interested in a new CMMS solution.

RE: Looking to upgrade to better software
