For some odd reason my pop-up box has disappeared and i have just spent the last 2 hours unsuccessfully trying to get it back.
I dont know if 'pop-up box' is the right term, but its the box that appears when you, for example, choose the scale tool, and you can amend the scale value using this box. I know its going to be so simple, its killing me.

AHHHHHHRGH

HELP!

I'm assuming you are refering to the Tool Settings box. It depends on what version of Microstation you are using, but try going to "Settings > Tool Settings" and turn it off and then turn it back on. This usually brings it back.
