Automated Stellite deposition

(OP)
Dear all

Looking for automated equipment for internal deposition of stellite21 and stellite6 on carbon steel and stainless steel castings of taper profile

RE: Automated Stellite deposition

Please provide dimensions of your tube - ID, OD, wall thickness and length of the tube.

What thickness do you plan to deposit?  Is it for wear/erosion resistance?

RE: Automated Stellite deposition

If you do a search for HIP Bonding on the internet you should come up with something.

RE: Automated Stellite deposition

automated TIG welding may be used to deposit stellite. I have worked with automated welding machines to achieve this for hard-facing turbine blades.  the dimensions of your product will dictate the accessibility.
our web-site www.isotek.co.uk shows our larger automated machines.
