Boiler Construction Stamp Certification (Company)

I am new to this forum.
I have a question on requirements for a company to carry its stamp on the new construction of Boilers.
I have recently been approached with the question; Would I be willing to take the steps needed to aquire a Boiler Stamp for our company? (ie; training and testing)
I have been a Boilermaker and Pipefitter for a combination of over 25 years, along with times working as a Field Engineer, design build and QC. I do not want to commit to something until I have all the facts on what would be required on my part to achieve this for our company. Can you give me insight as to what would be required?
Thank you for any advice
