ANSI Standard For Inspection Oval?

Thread 174-124407 mentioned an ANSI standard for an inspection oval. I have not been able to find one. I have seen several examples of companies developing their own inspection symbol or key characteristic identifier but am wondering if anybody is aware of an ANSI or ISO standard?
