Finite analysis for weigh bridge platform 12 x 3 mts

(OP)
We are looking for a solution to manufacture a composite steel deck for weigh bridge of size 12mtr x 3 mtrs having two sections of 6 mtrs each. The main W channels are of 300 mm ( 12 inch) and cross beams of 150mm (6 inches ) are placed at 1 mtr distance. 14 such members of 3.14 meters are placed along the deck. The CLC (concentrated load capacity ) is 27 tons. The total capacity of the weigh bridge is 40 tons.
We intent to pour 4000 PSI ( M30) grade concrete of 6" on the top deck.

gvk1968,

You can use Ram Steel for the analysis of the steel bridge platform. Ram steel has in built composite deck info of different vendors, for example VULCRAFT.
