Equation for T (fundamental period) includes factor Kp, for component stiffness.
Need to establish a K value for several liquid tanks in the range of 8'diameter, 9' high.
Have not been able to find specific information for a K value, so am considering using a cantilever beam to develop a value. Cantilever beam idea would use the weight (mass) of the water and the tank.

Have found many sources that get close to providing a K value, including a lot of theory.
