earth worm

(OP)
I am a student of agricultural engineering dept.  I want to ask about the pharmacial uses of earth worm.  May it be the lecithin of it?
Then, how can we handle the enzymes contained?  I mean the every enzyme have its specific properties and attributes, e.g. the minimum temperatur that can maintain the best product of the enzymes.
In Indonesia in the economic crisis years many people farmed earth worm based on the rumours that it has many uses, for industries, especially pharmacy.  But it was just rumours because after many farmer had this business, they met a huge problem in marketing.  The pharmacy industries didn't want to accept those products but a very few part of it.
Thank you very much.  I want to analyse a vacuum dryer for pharmacial purpose.  I never know what this dried earthworm are for.  The designer just told me that the product required should be dried below 55 C.
