equipment survivor curves 1

I'm trying to find an on-line reference to the equipment survivor curves (Iowa State University Bulletin 125). Does anyone use these anymore?

I know I can use a Weibull curve to simulate the same thing, but I'm working with some power equipment with 30 year life and it references a specific curve 30 R 0.5.
