how to set contact angle and surface tension in ansys CFX V11

Hi
I am using ansys cfx v11, i am a very recent user to this program so i am still learning.
I am trying to set the contact angle and surface tension of water in a simple transient fluid analysis.
However i cannot see how to set these parameters. Can anyone advise me on how to do this or even have and example
