ID of a component believed to be a relay

This component is a metal can measuring 1in.X 1in.X 2in. high. There are 6 pins coming out of the bottom of the can. The markings on the can are: PCA Electronics; 2DL-1300-137;
2325; 943602-1. There is resistance between 2 sets of pins (pins 1&2 and pins 4&5)of 29 ohms.

Do you need a replacement? Or do you want to reverse-engineer something that is working? In the former case, it would be practical to open the can. Probably soft soldered - can be opened quite easily. Or use hack-saw.
In the latter case, the surrounding circuitry usually reveals what kind of component it is.
