I was reading an article today, and was confused about the hyphenation.

"The country plans to build two robot theme parks by 2013 and even drafted a "Robot Ethics Code" last year to prevent robot-human abuse."

Are they talking about abuse committed by robots on humans, or abuse by humans on robots?  It seems to me they could have just left off the "-human".

"Art without engineering is dreaming; Engineering without art is calculating."
