Supposedly it was a small fault in the Wabash valley seismic zone, which is connected to the New Madrid fault.
We were awaken here in Franlin, IN. Fealt like someone jumped into our bed at first, then kept trembling for 30 seconds or so.
pretty wild experience, although obviously nothing like what Californians are used to.
