Can anyone advise where I am able to obtain (or download) information with regards to imperial & metric o-ring design data, as well as other sealing design data. Also,o-ring size tables etc.

Find Parker. They have a free book showing dimensions of O rings and grooves for various conditions. Other manufacturers also have literature, but not as extensive in my opinion.
